This preset is made for Jazz Bass model. It was made using a passive Jazz Bass, but it can be used with an active one too. You may have to adjust the preset level though.
You can use both pickups or separated, but it sounds better with both pickups IMHO.
This preset aim to a "modern" sound, punchy and useful for finger style as well as for slap.
At he end of the effect chain, I added a compressor that you can put on if you want a bit more of punch and controlled dynamics.
Also Added a Twirl N effect, which is a Phaser. You can pout it on to add some resonance to the bass sound.
